- Must be physically able to assist with wheelchair and nonambulatory students
- Patience and sensitivity towards students with Special Needs
- Candidates must have a clear State and Federal records background check, pre-employment drug test and physical
- Possess integrity and high standards of ethics
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse population
- Maintain confidentiality of student information
- Model professionalism in temperament, attitude, appearance and ethics
